Hi I’m Pamela Wales. Based in Adelaide, South Australia, I’m a professional graphic designer and illustrator, who is the proud owner of a duo tone British Shorthair, Lotti. She was the inspiration for me to create illustrations.

I’m a cat lover from waaaayyyy back. I grew up with 3 cats, Samantha, Tigger and Ginger (all girls). Samantha was super smart; Tigger, her daughter was not so gifted; Ginger was just, well, she was ginger, and a girl so I guess that’s rare as mostly gingers are boys. When I was in primary school, I won a point-and-shoot camera in a competition at the local shopping centre. My mum would process the films for me and inevitably, the entire roll would be filled with photographs of our cats. I don’t think mum was impressed…
